For many, this post may be as time wastage but for me, I thinks it will helps many a lot, The easiest way to change or upload your favicon in blogger is by logging to your blogger account and follows the bellow procedures;
In your dashboard, click on DESIGN, Where you will see FAVICON and mind you , the default favicon is the blogger favicon , you can now change it to your own favicon you prefer to use by clicking on “EDIT” and a pop-up page will appear where you can upload your new favicon which must also be favicon image type .Then SAVE!
