I count posting this topic as a wasting of time but due to consideration of many seeking for this automatic configuration rather than  the manual configuration that was also discussed…Think this will make a stop to your searching for phone configuration .

For your MTN 3G/GPRS SETTINGS
Follow this step ; Create new message >Text Message> SETTINGS >38888

For your GLO WAP & MMS SETTINGS
Follow this step ; Create new message >Text Message> Nokia X2 (Your Phone Model)>927
Or ; Create new message >Text Message> Nokia X2 (Your Phone Model)>667

For your EISALAT SETTINGS
Follow this step ; Create new message >Text Message> SETTINGS >970

For your AIRTEL GPRS  SETTINGS
Follow this step ; Create new message >Text Message> Internet Nokia(Phone type) X2(Phone model) >232

For your GLO 3G SETTINGS
Follow this step ; Create new message >Text Message> ACTIVATE >444

Mind you, you can as well call a customer care for automatic configuration but taking long to pick the call is what pisses many including me off.

Posting this topic came to my mind when i realize the rate at which people are eager to find out the manual configuration for their networks, being Etisalat , Mtn , Glo or the likes due to network provider failure or delay to send automatic configuration this time around.
